He started his career as a Compliance Analyst and Team Lead in Pakistan’s banking industry with Standard Chartered Limited, Habib Bank Limited, and Bank Al Habib Limited.

In November 2020, Mr. Merchant founded TechTAR Solutions where his role is to ensure that clients have complete satisfaction through open feedback channels, attention to detail, and the use of cutting-edge technology throughout the project management process. As Chief Technology Officer – CTO, He manages the functionality of strategic direction by identifying major growth prospects and innovative technologies that match our clients’ evolving needs.

As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, he worked on significant training projects with organizations including The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Bank Alfalah Limited, English Biscuit Manufacturers, The Aga Khan University – Kenya, Tapal Tea, Hub Power Service Limited, and many others, and trained a large number of people from public programs. These training programs are completely customized to the demands of the customer and are aimed at increasing participants’ potential and abilities in interesting, inspirational, and enjoyable ways.

In all of his training, he demonstrates the link between performance, productivity, and profits, converting the client’s expense into an investment.

Mr. Merchant strongly believes in empowering the youth & equipping them with modern skills to build a strong, independent, and prosperous nation. He is associated with different start-ups and NGOs to empower everyone to become Tech-Savvy.
