Within 24 to 72 hours, each attendee will get an email confirming their course registration. Please check your junk mail or contact us if you have not received your email.

After completing the course requirement, each attendee will get an electronic certificate via email.

The cost of training varies depending on the course. All course rates are included in the course description. For a price on corporate training, please contact us

• In the very unlikely event that we reschedule in-class / scheduled training.
• In the even more unlikely event that we cancel in-class / scheduled training, we will pay you a full refund of the amount you have paid. The only exception to this guarantee is where a major incident has happened which is outside our control.
• We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment. If a course is canceled, you will receive a full refund of the amount you have paid.

Class sizes are limited to 10 participants, with an average class size of 5-7.

The number of participants in a group session may vary, however, we normally recommend no more than 20 participants.

Maintaining small class sizes results in a more personalized and efficient learning environment, as well as greater learning outcomes.

Attendees are required to pay the full agreed fees prior to the training. Also, attached receipt of payment at the time of submitting the course registration form.

• Cancellations made at least five working days prior to the scheduled program will be refunded 50% of the payment.
• Any cancellations made in less than five working days will forfeit the amount and no refunds will be given.
• Cancellations must be confirmed by a letter or email.
• Substitutions may be made at any time for the same program only. In case of the participant does not show up on the day of the training a replacement can be sent.

Yes. Our in-person classes have a live instructor. Students and instructors interact in real-time.

In-classes courses are online, hence attendees should have their own computer.

All our classes are taught with projects and exercises and are hands-on. There are instructor demos or lectures throughout the course during the live sessions, but students spend most of the time working on exercises and mini-projects with guidance from the instructor as the home tasks. This hands-on instructional method ensures that participants can apply their skills right after the course.

Recording of all in-class sessions is provided in the resource portal within 72 hrs. You can go through it.

• Students attend this in-cless training remotely through screen sharing software (we use Zoom).
• Participants can hear the instruction, ask questions, and even share their screen with the instructor.
• For audio, you can use your computer’s microphone/speakers or call a phone number that we’ll provide.
• Classes are activity-based and taught by a live instructor.
• You will need your own computer and a copy of any required software. If you don’t have the software, you can usually do a free trial or purchase your own license.

Students must have a Windows PC available, mic, webcam, Zoom app, course-required software, and a strong internet connection.

Yes, we can.

For limited changes, we may modify a course plan based on your objectives, budget, and timing.

That means we can easily remove topics that aren’t relevant to your company and replace them with others if the additional content comes from a course we’ve already created.
